When the client emails Kiara, the client must include the following form, along with a reference sheet and colour palette (example shown below)

Client's Social Media Handle:

Payment

Payment will be done through Square.
Payment needs to be paid 100% before the start of the commission.

By using KiaraChhan's service, the client is agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

  • The client is only allowed to use the illustration for personal use only

  • The client can post Kiara's illustration on their social media accounts, but they must credit Kiara and reference her Social Media Accounts(Twitter or Instagram)

  • Kiara will send the client a full resolution file and a compressed resolution file, both will have Kiara's watermark

  • The client is prohibited from modifying the illustration

  • The client is prohibited from making profit from the client's illustration, this means not using it for commercial use

  • To prevent people from reposting or selling the illustration, the client is only allowed to post the compressed resolution file on social media

  • The client owns the copyright to the character, but Kiara owns the rights to the illustration and reserves the right to post the illustration on her social media and portfolio with her watermark present

  • Kiara is prohibited from selling the client's illustration for commercial use
